Ok, I am doing great on raw food. Other than getting no sleep, I am used to
sleeping at least 8 hours, and now I have all this energy so here I am up at 5 am
and today is my day off.
On cooked food, I would have slept until at least 10 am..
I am started to jog more . My weight is now 128.. I guess my goal is 125 so
I'm almost there. My face is getting slimmer and I am looking younger every
day.
Thats what keeps me eating this way. I just look in the mirror and I dont
see an old lady. I will be 51 years old next month!! Wow, that's my mothers
age.. I don't feel old and I don't look it!!
I want to go to a raw food retreat but I have no money to do it with. It seems
selfish but I know I deserve it. I will think of something!!!

Day 22 of Raw Food Journey
I started eating raw food (again) about 3 weeks ago. I needed to start a blog
then, but truthfully, I didn't know this was going to last this long.
I tried eating this way twice before. The first time lasted about 3 months.
The second time lasted again around 2 months.
I love eating raw food, trying all the recipes, reading all the books on the subject. I even went to a raw food retreat and really got hooked then.
So, I am starting over. What are the changes I have seen so far:
I am 50 years old and I swear, I look 1o years younger. My eyes are clearer,
my skin has no wrinkles, smoother, and my hair is great!!
My body is not thin, but adjusted better to my frame. I am not overweight
but I could lose about 5 lbs and be ok with that.
I am tired now. I wasn't before and find myself needing a nap everday. This
is detox and I have to get thru this part of it.
I am going to try and write something every day and see what I need to do
to improve.
Food Diary:
Breakfast: Green Smoothie
Lunch: 2 oranges
Afternoon snack : Vega Shake (its raw), with bananas..
Snack - Dark Chocolate Bar - 2 pieces
So far, thats it. Oh, and lots of water.
